About Angel Kamenov
I am a HeartMath Certified Trainer, educator, and longtime martial arts teacher dedicated to helping individuals, organizations and communities build resilience through evidence-based emotional self-regulation and heart-centered leadership.
I have worked in human development and performance, guiding people in practical tools that strengthen well-being, stress resilience, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal effectiveness. My work today focuses on translating the science and applications of the HeartMath Institute into accessible programs for individuals, groups, and institutions seeking meaningful and measurable transformation.
My interests increasingly sit at the intersection of personal transformation, public health, and systems change; exploring how socio-emotional learning and physiological self-regulation can support stronger communities, healthier organizations, and more humane social systems.
In 2025, I participated in the United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, engaging in dialogue around global well-being, public health innovation, and scalable approaches to social transformation aligned with international policy priorities.
Whether working with individuals, organizations, or public sector partners, my aim is the same: to help cultivate practical, evidence-based pathways toward greater coherence, resilience, and human flourishing.
